The Boy Scout motto is " Be Prepared". I don't think this guy was prepared enough when he got his Atomic Energy merit badge. He should have read about Marie Curie and the dangers of handling radioactive material.

As someone once said, it looks like the gene pool needs a little chlorine. I'm not expert or anything but I'm thinking if your face looks like his, you might just be doing something wrong.
