Everyone whines and cries that we have never found WMD in Iraq. One fact that has been overlooked is that Saddam had many months before the invasion to move them. During the time leading up to the invasion, there was a great deal of traffic between Syria and Iraq. Now we have a news story that reports an accident with a chemical warhead taking place in Syria. If Syria had a chemical weapons program, it would have been a great place to move the Iraqi inventory whle the fuss "blew over". With Saddam dead, they would not even have to give them back. What a deal! This is especially great for the peace promoting president of Iran who is buddies with the Syrian president. I can only imagine the Israeli response to a chemically tipped SCUD.

Actually, I'm not sure what Olmert would do. Any other Israeli PM and I would agree with what (I think) you're alluding to. Talk about Global Warming… On the other hand, Olmert might say "Please, sir, may I have some more?"
Some people are so blinded by their hatred for George Bush that they refuse to open their eyes and raise their thinking above bumper sticker thinking of "Bush Lied, People Died." Or one of my other favorites, "Defend America: Defeat Bush". Frankly, I'm fairly certain their were chemical weapons in Iraq and I'm also fairly certain the administration was not lying. I base this on several reasons, in no particular order. 1) Bill Clinton said the same thing in 1998. 2) The British have never backed off their belief in that intelligence. 3) If it was a blatant lie told for no other reason than to get is to war, how hard would it have been plant evidence of some kind?....at least something circumstantial. 4) Not only was there a lot of traffic between Iran, Iraq, and Syria, there were reports of Russians in Baghdad just days before the invasion. What does that or any of the other reasons prove? Nothing. But given the numerous questions each of those issues raises it seems mind boggling that someone could be so stupid as to keep parroting the "Bush Lied" line unless they are blinded by some irrational hatred.
Either that or a group photo of Hillary Clinton, Janet Reno, and Madeleine Albright.
Sorry, Metloaf...in this case, 2 out of 3 IS VERY bad.

Well said! It is precisely because the left cannot get past their hatred of Bush and think above the bumper sticker level that our enemies (those bent on destroying Western Civilization) are emboldened and empowered. They will continue to pursue all means possible to eradicate the infidels from the planet. Even if that means making the planet less hospitable in the process.
I can't think of a bumper sticker slogan to make that point so I must be wrong about our Iranian, Syrian and Islamo-facsist friends.
In defense of the bumper stickers: they sure are catchy!
