***NEWS FLASH*** Russia and China are Spying on US

In an earth shattering revelation (Bush concocted lie) to Congress, the National Intelligence Director identified Russia and China as two countries that are aggressively spying on the United States! How can this possibly be true? The Soviet Union has been dismantled and Russia is our friend and China is one of our largest trading partners, supplying us with all of the cheap goods that we and our pets can consume.

It is obvious to anyone with half a brain, such as the majority of Congressional Democrats, that this is just another scare tactic of the Bush administration to line the pockets of Haliburton and other members of the military-industrial complex who stand to profit from more surveillance.

Russia and China are working toward world peace and international unity. They are leading the way in guiding Iran and North Korea into the League of Civilized Nations. There are also at the forefront of human rights, promising a jobs and health care for every comrade, err citizen. Free speech is another area where these countries excel. Why would they possibly want to spy on the United States? We are reviled by most of the world and have nothing to offer except our capitalistic decadence, blood lust, and insatiable thirst for oil money? The world would be a much better place without the United States heating up the globe with hydrocarbons, rendering numerous species extinct, and generally messing up the planet.

I am sure that the Democrats who know the truth about the evils of the United States of America will continue to fight the forces of evil and do their best to see that the United States of America becomes more like Russia, China, and the rest of the world. Perhaps one day we might even reach the status of the French.

There are two major obstacles that would have to be eliminated in order for the USA to become like France: Soap and Water.

As for Russia and China spying on us, well, stating that should be as obvious as stating that water is wet and dirt is dirty. Unfortunately as you alluded, many of our fellow citizens are too busy worshipping at the alter of radical environmentalism to notice. Do you suppose it would help them if we pointed out that China isn't even included in the sacred Kyoto Protocols? Maybe then they would travel over to say, I don't know…Tiananmen Square…..and stage a protest. The PC(USA) could even help. They could call it "Truth to Power Sunday" complete with bulletin inserts, "worship" guides, and information on how to send some stupid form letter to your congressman. The special offering envelopes could have the Chinese Star and the Hammer & Sickle done up in rainbow colors. Yay!! Happy happy joy joy!

Speak some truth to power in China (or Russia) and see how that works out for ya. Of course any "unfortunate incidents" that result would be because of the Bush Administration - not the true tyrants and dictators. I digress....but I can dream, right?

Of course, being the target of a massive intelligence operation does give the target a chance to engage in counter-operations. And I'm sure we've "dropped in" on the Ruskies and the Chicoms from time to time too. However, all that takes will and, yes, a strong military industrial complex. It also takes being able to believe in your country enough to stand up to linguini-spined liberals (apologies to Rush) who snivel "We spy too so we are no better than they are."

And finally, obviously Jack Bauer, James Bond, Jason Bourne, Mr.Clark etc. are highly fictionalized. However, I do hope we have people like that in some small way doing some things that need to be done that "civilized" people don't like to talk about. Talk about a real dirty job.
